Bespoke Development
Our main area of business is looking into how your small business currently works and seeing what can be automated, and the best way to offer that level of automation. More importantly, we look at the way you work and develop systems that you will actually use rather than designing software for theoretical use that in reality does not work for your business or your business processes. Invoicing, stock control, client management, retail systems and more can finally be managed as per your exact business requirements.
Hardware Solutions
There is little point having an all singing and dancing internal management software system if the hardware running it is ill-conceived, slow and not backed up correctly. We can advise, provide, install, configure and maintain your hardware to run your systems, and we can go further and look into internet connections, firewalls, routers and more for you if you so wish. Alternatively, we can host your systems for you externally at the data warehouse we use for a yearly or monthly fee payable in advance.
Telephony Development
Running a small business can be hard, having emails, telephone calls, staff, accounts, banking and more to juggle on a daily basis. We can also look into any telephony needs for your business. We can provide you with virtual telephone numbers to an IVR system, that can have set opening hours, or even call numbers for emergency calls of our hours. We can setup your own internal PBX system and SIP phones on your desktop and mobiles, or we can just give you a telephone number that puts customers through to you!
